Media Usage Policy
All photos, videos, and media recordings captured at Chiangmai Elephant Care are the exclusive commercial property of Chiangmai Elephant Care.
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use only.
Any form of commercial use, distribution, reproduction, or resale of such media requires prior written consent from Chiangmai Elephant Care.

Booking & Deposit Policy
A deposit of 10% of the total booking price is required to confirm your reservation. Only 9 spots available per session, a deposit is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the experience.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
